If your pet is not neutered, it will be isolated from all other guests. Accepted form of payment is cash, check or Venmo. Due to fees, we do not accept credit cards
DIRECTIONS:
Fuzzypups! received a new address when County Rd. 178 went in May 1 2022. However, Google has not yet recognized our address. To best get to us, use your navigation system to take you to "Fuzzypups", however once you get to Delbert Road, take County Rd. 178 (not Meadow Station) East 1.8 miles to our driveway. Do not come to us via Meadow Station neighborhood as our Carlson Rd. entry has been gated off at the Counties request.
WHAT TO BRING OR NOT BRING:
Keep in mind that this is a shared open area and all the "guests" are co-mingling. Some "guests" are not as housebroke as others, and some dogs love to "mark" items as their own. We therefore are very careful in how we have furnished our assorted dog areas.
We have fully furnished suites for your pet to retire in and a daily system for sanitizing bedding items. Therefore we cannot accept bedding, toys, blankets, etc. from home. If you would feel more comfortable with your pet having a "scent" from home, you may bring a non-returnable blanket, towel or shirt.
If your pet requires a special diet: PACFA rules require dry food be stored in an air-tight Tupperware-type container (no bags) with your pets name written on top. Names must be written on any canned food as well. Additionally, please provide a 3 x 5 index card with your pets name and feeding instructions. Please, only bring as much food as your pet will require during his stay.
Refrigerated diets: We are able to provide room for most refrigerated diets. However, please only provide enough food for your pets stay and put food in air-tight plastic Tupperware-type containers (please, no bags). If your pet is staying an extended period of time, please put some of his diet in small freezable Tupperware-type containers. Make sure all containers are marked with your pets name.
Vaccines: All guests are required to be current on vaccines, and must have had a Bordatella within the last year.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
To insure the safety of all our guests and to keep peace with our neighbors, we work By appointment only and are gated and locked when not open to the public.
Drop-off/Pick-up Times: We have set drop-off/pick-up times to keep the "guests" from being disrupted all day long, which can be very stressful. Having the extended lunch hour nap time allows a down time for all.
THE FOLLOWING ARE OUR DROP OFF AND PICK UP TIMES

Saturdays: 8:00 am - 10:00 am. Closed to public in the afternoons
Sundays: 4:00 - 5:00 pm. closed to the public in the mornings.

Potential Health Risks:
We take pride in running a clean, safe, fun, place for your child, our guest, to visit while you travel. However, in boarding a pet there are always risks. "Kennel Cough" and "Giardia" are the most common conditions a boarding pet can incur while being a guest in a multi-pet facility.
Giardia is a very common parasite that lives in every pets system for a lifetime. This condition can trigger active symptoms by the stress of boarding. The symptoms are extremely runny, smelly stools. The incubation period is 3-7 days. Should this symptom occur, a vet should be notified immediately. This condition is easily treated with inexpensive medication. Should your pet show active symptoms while in our care, medication will be used as needed. Upon request, we can provide a detailed brochure provided by our vet with detailed information on Giardia.
Kennel Cough is a commonly used term to denote an upper-respiratory condition. Upper respiratory infections are contagious, and are spread by airborne virus'. The incubation period is 3-7 days. The main symptom is a gagging cough, sometimes accompanied by sneezing and nasal discharge, which can last anywhere from a few days to several weeks. Although this cough is very annoying, it does not usually develop into any thing more serious. However, it can lower the dog's resistance to other diseases making him susceptible to secondary infections, so must be observed carefully. Just as in the case of the common cold, this condition is not "cured" but must run its course. Upon request, we can provide an in depth brochure written by the American Boarding Kennels Association, regarding "Kennel Cough" . To protect all guests, and per State law, a Bordatella vaccine is required for all pets that board in our facility unless your vet has provided an 'exemption' for them.
We will not take risks with any boarding client. Should we feel your pet is in need of vet care for any reason, we will try and contact you for permission to take your pet to the vet. However, we will not delay a vet visit should you not be reachable. Any incurred vet bills will be added to your boarding bill as well as an hourly charge of $25 for our time involved with transport/vet visit.
