I will not hold Fuzzypups! it's agents , representative or guests responsible for any loss, theft, sickness or accident that may occur while in their care. In an emergency, I understand groomer or someone from Fuzzypups! will contact me. If I am out of contact, I give Fuzzypups! permission to seek emergency care for my pet & I agree to be responsible for all costs incurred. I release for any negligence in the care of this pet. I further agree to the cot of the groom for my pet & realize that if payment is not received , I am responsible for all costs incurredto collect debt for services rendered.
