Please consult your own vet for your continued vaccine schedule, our recommendation would be a:  DA2PP on between 7/28 – 08/03 *Note: We will not warrant a puppy who is over vaccinated.

By signing below, I understand and will agree to the following:

    *You understand that you are adopting a pet-quality puppy.   We will not guarantee this puppies size, coat, pigment, bite, etc. to be other than "pet quality" 

    *You understand this puppy is not to be used for breeding  and cannot be used for AKC shows.  

    *You understand Shih Chon are a mix-breed and do not have either pedigree or registration papers.  We will  provide a PETigree with parents information at time of adoption.

    *You understand this is a grooming type pet, and that regular monthly grooming is essential to his health.  You agree to maintain regular monthly grooming on this pet. 

        *You agree to have this puppy examined by a vet of your choice within 7 days  for a well check .   You will notify us immediately if the vet notes any health problems on this pet.  Please take a fresh stool sample to vet on this initial appointment.   

    *You agree to maintain regular vet care as prescribed by your vet. 

    *If we have altered this puppy, and/or repaired any hernia, it was done as a courtesy, and is not a reflection of the adoption fee..   If we have not spay/neutered this puppy, you agree to do so by the time puppy is 6 months of age.  

     *We do not warrant for umbilical hernias.  If this puppy has a hernia that was not repaired by us prior to adoption, you agree to repair the hernia at the time your puppy is altered, or when it is deemed safe by your vet to do so.   

     *We will guarantee this puppy for ten days from the date of purchase against parvovirus, distemper, leptospirosis, hepatitis, parinfluenza, and corona virus.

    *We will guarantee this puppy for one year against any hereditary or congenital disorders that may interfere with the puppies ability to lead a normal life, or that will shorten a puppies normal life expectancy.

    *Guarantees on puppy will not exceed the cost of adoption fee for puppy, or, in lieu of a refund, you may request a replacement puppy from the next available litter.   Should there be an issue regarding warranty, we reserve the right to a second opinion with our own vet, and if this is not possible due to distance, we will require two additional vet verifications - or a total of 3 vet verifications on a matter.

    *Giardia and Coccidia are a common problem in all puppies.  This puppy has been pre-treated for parasites,  and as such, we will not warrant for these conditions. 

    * You are responsible for all veterinary costs of every kind and nature after the date of purchase including vaccinations, spay, neuter and or/umbilical repair.  

     *No other guarantees are made or implied except those stated in this contract.

    *This pet is placed as a new, permanent addition to your family.  You promise to love, cherish and care for this pet till death do you part, or return him to us should circumstances exist in which you cannot care for him properly.  Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE should this pet be taken to a shelter before notifying us first!
