*You understand that you are adopting a pet-quality puppy. We will not guarantee this puppies size, coat, pigment, bite, etc. to be other than pet-quality.

*You understand this puppy is not to be used for breeding and cannot be used for AKC shows.

* Bichon Frise and Shih-Tzu puppies pedigree will be released at time of adoption. APR registration will be released upon proof of neuter.

*You understand Shih-Chon are a mix-breed and do not have either pedigree or registration papers.

*You agree to have this puppy examined by a vet of your choice within 8 days for a well check and will maintain regular vet care as prescribed by your vet. You will notify us immediately if the vet notes any health problems on this pet.

*You agree to have this puppy spay/neutered by six months of age.

* You understand it is not unusual for Shih-Tzu to have hernia's, and such is acceptable for the breed, even in the show ring. Therefore, if this puppy is a Shih-Tzu or Shih-Chon, we will not warrant for a hernia should this pet have one.

*You understand that if we have pre-neutered this puppy, and/or repaired any hernia, it was done as a courtesy, and is not a reflection of the adoption fee. Therefore should puppy have a hernia later and need surgery to repair such, we will not reimburse for this surgery.

*You understand that we will guarantees this puppy for ten days from the date of purchase against parvovirus, distemper, leptospirosis, hepatitis, parinfluenza, and corona virus.

*You understand we will guarantee this puppy for one year against any hereditary or congenital disorders that may interfere with the puppies ability to lead a normal life, or that will shorten a puppies normal life expectancy.

*You understand that Giardia and Coccidia are a common problem in all puppies. This puppy has been pre-treated for this and other parasites, and as such, we will not warrant for these conditions

* You understand that you are responsible for all veterinary costs of every kind and nature after the date of purchase including vaccinations.

*You understand that guarantees on puppy will not exceed the cost of adoption fee for puppy, or, in leiu of a refund, you may request a replacement puppy from the next available litter.

*You understand that no other guarantees are made or implied except those stated in this contract.

*You understand that this pet is placed as a new, permanent addition to your family. You promise to love, cherish and care for this pet till death do you part.

*Should you need help on training or need behaviour advice, you understand we are here to help. Please contact us with any problems before a problem becomes a bad habit hard to break!

* Should you find at any time, you are unable to care for this pet, we will welcome his return. For a puppy returned within 48 hours of purchase, we will refund the full purchase amount minus a $150.00 non-refundable deposit. Shipping costs are not refundable. No financial compensation should be expected on a puppy returned later than 48 hours after adoption.
